How often should I use my NovaRed device?

Most customers start with 10–20 minutes per session, 3–5 times per week, and adjust based on comfort and routine. Always follow the usage guide included with your device.

Are NovaRed devices safe to use?

Our panels and blankets use low-level LEDs (red and near-infrared) and are designed for non-invasive, at-home wellness. If you’re light-sensitive, keep eyes closed or use the included goggles.

Can multiple people use the same device?

Yes, your NovaRed device can be shared at home. Each person should follow the recommended session times and distances in the manual.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-Day Easy Returns. Items must arrive in Like New condition with all packaging and accessories. Start a return via the Returns Policy.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, NovaRed covers return shipping, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
